What happens after I send a request?
The owner checks the house’s real calendar and calls or messages you on Zalo the same day. If those dates are taken, they suggest other dates or another house.
When are my dates held?
Once you pay a 30% deposit and get a confirmation by Zalo or email (sample figure). Nothing is held before that.
Is the deposit refunded if I cancel?
Cancel 14 days or more ahead for a full refund, 7 to 13 days for half, less than 7 days for none. Holiday deposits are not refundable (sample figures).
Can we stay just one night?
Stays are two nights minimum (sample figure). For a single weeknight, say so in the note and the owner will see if it fits.
