The house

Small, warm, facing the forest.

The ground floor is one open room: a wood stove, a table for six and a small kitchen that copes with a proper dinner. The glass wall faces the forest, so the morning sun slants between the trunks right onto the table.

The main bedroom is downstairs; the second is a loft under the roof, up a steep wooden stair — fine for agile adults and children over six.

House rules

Before you ask.

The general rules are on House rules and policies.

Can seven of us stay?

Nhà Thông takes six guests at most, children included (a sample figure). Groups of seven or more fit Nhà Sương better.

Is the loft safe for small children?

The loft stair is steep and has no gate. Families with children under six are better off with the ground-floor room and the sofa bed.

Can we bring a pet?

Yes, up to two, with a surcharge; tell us when you ask. Pets stay off the loft and off the beds.

Can a 16-seat minibus get to the house?

It can reach the car park at the top of the lane; from there it is about a two-minute walk, and the host helps with the bags.
