Deposits, cancellations and the security deposit.
Deposit
A 30% deposit holds your dates (sample figure). The owner only holds dates once the deposit has arrived and a confirmation has gone out by Zalo or email.
Cancellations
- 14 days or more before check-in: the full deposit back.
- 7 to 13 days: half the deposit back.
- Less than 7 days: no refund, unless the house is let again for those nights.
- Public holidays: deposits are not refundable.
Security deposit
2,000,000 VND at check-in, returned at check-out after a walk-round (sample figure). Deductions for breakages, damage or cleaning well beyond the usual.
Every figure above is a sample — the owner replaces it with the real policy.

What people often ask.
Can we bring a pet?
Yes, up to two per house, with a surcharge of 300,000 VND per pet per stay (sample figure). Tell us when you ask; pets stay off beds and sofas.
How many guests can each house take?
Nhà Thông 6, Nhà Sương 10, Nhà Gió 16, children included (sample figures). Prices cover 4, 8 and 12 guests; anyone extra is a surcharge.
Can friends visit during the day?
Yes — let the host know and have them leave by 10 pm. Anyone staying the night counts as a guest.
Can we check in early or leave late?
When the calendar allows, for an hourly surcharge (see the price list). Ask ahead; the host confirms the day before.
